Reprint Production Notes

Heron Aerospace Educational Reprints are digitally reproduced in a number of ways, from the best available copy Heron Aerospace can find. Documents are digitally scanned and enhanced or cleaned up as best as is technically and economically feasible. At times, OCR Technology, combined with human editing (to be sure the original content is preserved), is utilized to produce a better and more readable document. When available, digital text copy from reputable, reviewed sources is also utilized. Heron Aerospace Educational Reprints are always unabridged - preserving the original content; and passing on knowledge to the next generation.

Digital Documents

Digital copies, on CD/DVD, of Heron Aerospace Educational Reprints, Original Publications, Videos, Etc... are also available. These are usually available within 3 months to 1 year after the first Hard Copy (where applicable) is available for sale. This is due to the fact that these are not mere digital images or word processing files, but true digital documents that are formatted for easier viewing & reading onscreen, as well as being "hypertexted", searchable, indexed, and cross-referenced, and when practical, with supplementary materials as well.
